About
RASP Compliancy LTD was created to support providers who want to offer safe, high‑quality accommodation for children, young people, and adults in supported living, but feel overwhelmed by regulation, paperwork, and property requirements. Our goal is to help providers feel clearer and more confident about compliance, so they can focus on the well‑being and development of the people they support.
We bring together a blend of social work practice, interior and building knowledge, and practical compliance support. This allows us to tailor our work to different types of services and premises, creating environments that are not only compliant but also nurturing and workable in day‑to‑day life.

Who we are
Here at RASP Compliancy LTD, we bring together real‑world social care practice and design expertise to help clients create safe, welcoming, and compliant environments for children, young people, families, and adults in supported living. Drawing on frontline social work experience and professional interior architecture, we bridge the gap between regulations and everyday life, so your spaces do more than meet standards, they work for the people who use them.
Our experience includes managing semi‑independent accommodation and supporting providers to open children’s homes, so we understand the practical realities of getting services ready for registration and ongoing operation.
The name RASP reflects our focus on Regulations, Assurance, Standards, and Practice, bringing together clear expectations and practical, real‑world support.

Rena Ahad
Co-Director / Experienced Social Worker
Registered with Social work England
“I am an experienced social worker with a background in children’s services and I am currently completing my PhD. My practice and research help shape the services at RASP Compliancy LTD, so our support is grounded in effective care for children and their families. I have managed semi‑independent homes and worked alongside care providers to set up children’s homes, which gives me practical insight into how services move from idea to operation. I translate regulatory requirements into clear steps for registration, property setup, operational systems, and staff training, helping providers understand what is needed and why it matters for the well‑being of children and adults. My direct work with young people and carers gives me insight into how service design and policies feel in real life, so we can help create homes and systems that are both compliant and responsive to people’s needs.”

“I’m an MA Interior Architecture Designer with experience in planning permissions, Building Regulations, and CAD work, with a focus on comfort and safety in design. Before completing my studies in Interior Architecture and and Design, I spent 12 years working as an accountant, which strengthened my budgeting, project management, and attention to detail. At RASP Compliancy LTD, I help translate regulatory requirements into practical spaces for children’s social care and supported living, so environments are both welcoming and compliant. I work with providers on layouts, finishes, and details that support safety, clear oversight, and usability for staff and residents, while aligning designs with regulatory expectations for planning, property compliance, and day‑to‑day operations.”
What we believe
We believe that good compliance should protect and support children, young people, and adults, while giving providers clarity and confidence. It is about consistent practice, safe environments, and honest governance, not just passing an inspection.
We work with the regulations, standards, and inspection frameworks that apply to children’s social care and supported living services in England, and we translate them into everyday systems, documents, and environments. Our aim is to support providers and professionals to work confidently within these frameworks, rather than add more complexity.
Our approach is
Transparent. We are clear about requirements, risks, and options, explaining why each task matters so you always know where you are in the process and what still needs attention.
Practical. We focus on the next realistic steps for your service, turning regulatory language into clear actions, templates, and examples tailored to you.
Collaborative. We work with you and your team as partners, building on what already works and co‑designing documents and systems so they genuinely fit your service.
