Who we help
RASP Compliancy LTD specialises in supporting providers and property stakeholders involved in children’s social care and supported living. Our work focuses on accommodation‑based services where safe, compliant environments and clear operational systems are essential.

Care Providers
Children’s residential homes
We support providers who are setting up or running children’s homes and need help with registration, premises suitability, documentation, and ongoing compliance with regulatory expectations.
Supported accommodation
We work with organisations offering supported accommodation (sometimes described as semi‑independent provision for young people aged 16 to 17 and care leavers), helping them navigate registration, planning and change of use, and the practical systems required for safe, safe day‑to‑day operation.
Mother and baby residential provision
We assist providers developing or managing mother and baby accommodation, helping to ensure the environment, policies, and governance meet relevant standards and provide a safe, supportive setting.

Property Owners and Investors
We support property owners and investors who are exploring or developing properties for care or supported living use.
Property owners developing care or supported accommodation
We support landlords and property owners who wish to adapt or repurpose properties for children’s residential care, supported accommodation (often described as semi‑independent provision), including planning, change of use (such as C2/C3), and Building Regulations coordination.
Investors entering the sector
We work with investors and developers who are new to children’s social care and supported living, providing a realistic understanding of regulatory requirements, premises considerations, and the operational implications of their plans.

Existing providers expanding or improving
Providers opening new locations
We support existing providers who are registering new services or expanding into new accommodation types, helping them maintain consistency of quality and compliance across their portfolio.
Services needing to strengthen compliance
We also work with services that are already operating but need to update documentation, respond to regulatory feedback, or prepare for upcoming inspections and audits.
Not sure if we’re the right fit?
If you are involved in accommodation‑based children’s social care or supported living and are unsure whether your service fits these descriptions, we are happy to talk it through.
