What happens after you order

After placing your order, you will receive a link to complete a short Service Brief form. Delivery times vary according to the scope of the work. Your timescale will be confirmed after we receive your completed Service Brief and all agreed information.

If we need any clarification before work begins, we will contact you promptly.

Important notice

All prices are professional fees. VAT is excluded where applicable. Travel, accommodation and parking are charged separately. Prices shown are for the standard scope described on each service card, and we confirm scope, deliverables and the fixed fee in writing before work begins.

  • Each document service includes one round of reasonable amendments. Additional documents, unusually long or complex documents, and further revisions are quoted separately.
  • “From” prices apply to a single service and the agreed evidence sample. Larger, multi-site or complex services are quoted individually.
  • Regulation 45: the registered provider remains responsible for completing the quality of care review, assuring the accuracy of the information, and approving and submitting the final report to Ofsted.
  • Remote Ofsted Readiness Review: this is a remote review of inspection readiness evidence, leadership oversight and priority actions. It is not an on-site mock inspection and does not predict an Ofsted judgement.
